A client recently enquired about an access control solution that would work across all their sites. Multi-site systems do exist but require site-to-site VPNs, which can be unreliable and require constant maintenance.
Our thoughts went straight to VOLO.
What is VOLO?
VOLO is an innovative way of delivering multi-site access control solutions via network/GSM connectivity and cloud-hosted software. The sky is the limit with this solution, from one to over 10,000 sites and without any requirement for local servers or infrastructure.
The client found this the perfect solution for their requirements.
VOLO is managed via a web UI. The user can login from any device with a internet connection and manage their system. This includes managing users, access levels, timezones and view events. Doors can be open and closed with just a few clicks of a button.
